Dear Visitor,
We’re thrilled to have you join us for Europe’s largest immersive production! Please arrive at Millenáris Building C (1024 Budapest, Kis Rókus u. 16–20) at the time indicated on your ticket. To ensure a smooth admission process, we kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier than your designated entry time.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this production does not follow traditional theatrical conventions, so it is important not to rely on your previous theatre experiences.
1. Important information about the Immersive Experience
Walk My World is an immersive production that does not follow traditional theater settings: there is no fixed stage or audience seating. Within the 6,000 m., two-level space, guests are free to move around, observe the performers up close, and choose which characters or storylines to follow. We encourage everyone to create their own path and discover hidden moments that reveal themselves only to a few. Most props in the space may be touched and examined. Many of them also reveal additional stories — please leave them in their original place so that others can discover them too.
The experience becomes truly personal and complete when you choose favourite characters and explore the layers of the story by following their paths. This way, the mysteries, relationships, and twists unfold from a unique perspective — and if you pay close attention, you may even discover hidden places along the way.
Walk My World brings to life the tragic love story of Dido and Aeneas, an epic episode by the ancient Roman poet Virgil, where the mythic heroes of Troy and Carthage speak to you in the language of dance and contemporary circus. This isn’t a traditional performance—it’s a full-sensory adventure, a living world you can explore, feel, and experience without ever stepping into the story itself. The production can be enjoyed even without prior knowledge of the story, as the immersive scenes convey energy and emotion on their own.
2. Rules of the show
Please follow the instructions of the coordinators and adhere to the rules of the production:
Guests under 16 years old cannot enter the production venue. Entry for those under 18 is only permitted in the presence of a legal guardian, who must sign a Responsibility Declaration upon entry.
Please check in your coats, bags, and other belongings at the cloakroom in Millenáris Building C.
Before entering the immersive space, our audience coordinators will provide each guest with a black theatrical mask, which must be worn throughout the entire performance. By putting on the black mask, you step into a new role: from spectator to observer — a traveler through the mythical world. Allow this gesture to separate you from the outside reality and guide you into a realm where you shape the story and witness the characters’ most hidden moments.
During the performance, the use of phones and any audio, photo, or video recording is only permitted in the Chaos Bar. Before entering the immersive space, phones must be turned off or set to silent mode. Devices must be kept in a sealed pouch, which our staff will open upon your departure or at any time upon request in the bar.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the immersive performance area. Exceptions for health reasons must be discussed with our staff.
The performers share the same space as the audience, so please ensure you always make way for them and guarantee their safety by following the instructions of the performance coordinators.
Touching the performers, loud conversation, or creating disruptive noises is strictly prohibited. This can disturb both the performance and the experience of other guests. We kindly ask everyone to refrain from loud talking or noise in the performance area.
Restrooms are available for guests both in the bar and within the immersive space, and may be used freely at any time during the visit. The bar remains open throughout the entire evening.
3. Parking
For those arriving by car, parking is available for a fee in the Széllkapu and Millenáris underground garages, accessible via the Kis Rókus Street entrances. The venue is also easily reachable by public transport.
Walk My World is hosted in Millenáris Building B (the Grand Hall), which is easily accessible from Széll Kálmán tér and Széna tér via multiple tram and bus lines, as well as Metro Line 2 from both Buda and Pest.
4. Accessibility & Health Recommendations
The production is wheelchair not accessible: it spans 6,000 m2 across multiple levels connected only by stairs. To fully enjoy the experience, guests should be comfortable with walking and using stairs. We recommend wearing comfortable, closed shoes.
Seating within the immersive space is limited.
The performance takes place under low lighting conditions.
Due to strobe and other strong light and sound effects, the production may not be suitable for sensitive guests.
Thank you again for joining us for this special occasion.
To harmonise your attire with the show’s atmosphere, we invite you to wear dark-coloured clothing — this way, you can become part of the mysterious, secret-woven universe that will unfold throughout the evening. Naturally, this is only a suggestion, not a requirement.
We look forward to welcoming you!
Best regards,
